6 Days til Christmas!!

Hello everyone! Well, I had to send my Expression back to provo craft for technical difficulties. {{sigh}} I hope my replacement comes soon. Thank goodness for my baby bug!! I made a few more cards and some tags for the kids teachers and co-workers of mine. These turned out really cute I thought. I thought also I'd enter one in MPS challenge since I've been so busy! Enjoy!
This first one is from Jolly Holidays and the sentiment is from MPS stamps. I used my cuttlebug for the mittens. I think the word balloon is from storybook. all were cut at 3"

this one is also from Jolly Holidays (i LOVE this cartridge!). Cut at 3.5", sentiment is also from MPS stamps, Martha Stewart snowflake punch, and some stickles!

My favorite little elf!! This little guy was cut at 3.5" , I used monster mash faces for his eyes and basic paperdoll faces from PKS. The tag I cut from tags bags boxes and more. I printed the sentiment from my computer and cut the tag around it.

These tags (there will be more to come!) were cut from Jolly Holidays and Winter Frolic. LOVE 'em! The tag was cut also from Winter frolic. Thought these came out so cute. Thanks for visiting! Please leave a comment, I'd love to hear from you!!
Merry Christmas!!

MPS birthday challenge

Hello friends! I had to make 2 birthday cards and I thought I'd post them for MPS birthday challenge. I used Sesame Street Elmo's Party for this 1st card. Cut him at 5.10" on my Gypsy. I actually cut him out twice and only adhered elmo to the background cardstock. Just Elmo opens to reveal the msg inside.

This next card is from Smiley Cards (free download when you registered your Gypsy before october 31st). So adorable I think this came out. I used PKS Retro stamps for the face, and MPS for the sentiment. I think the inside bubble is from Smiley cards too. I honestly don't remember. I should start writing down my 'recipes'. A little 'fo' stitching, some inking with dew drops chalk and WALA! Hope you enjoyed!

Thanks for visiting! I do hope you all had a blast with Emma and Nikki these past 12 days as well! If you didnt catch their Ustream, please do so....
There are some A- mazing prizes!!! http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/11365392

Happy Holildays!

Well Happy Sunday everyone! It's going to be a great week! My family and I just went to cut down our Christmas tree today, my parents came up from out of town yesterday and spent the wknd with us. AWESOME!! So we had the pleasure of them helping us pick out the perfect tree.

I entered a challenge today (actually just finished a few minutes ago... talk about crunch time!) on PaperPatchCrafts1.blogspot.com . She had a sketch we were to follow, had to be a Christmas theme with a Christmas icon and bright colors. Here's what I came up with. I used George and company for the circle, Just because cards for the Gingerbread man in the circle, Winter frolic for the presents. I used PKS retro faces for the Gingerbread man... SO ADORABLE! This was fun! Hope you enjoy! I'm hoping to post a few more projects this week in my crafting endevers. Happy Holidays!

The following are stockings I made for work, 28 of them to be exact! One for each of the staff on my floor. There's a little cardboard fireplace I thought these would look so cute hanging from!

Happy Turkey Day eve!!

Hello everyone!! My son asked me to make something for his teacher who just had a baby girl. We made 3 little onesies with the cutest sayings and embellishments (cut with my cricut from fabric and ironed on). I forgot to take pics of them! I covered the stars on the outside of this little box with little baby girl things. All cut at 3" from various carts. I thought it came out really cute.
Enjoy!
Looking forward to black friday shopping! I'll be headed out bright and early myself. Even if it's just to get some Cricut lites at walmart for $20! so cool! I would LOVE one of the colored expressions but now is the time to shop for others I keep telling myself. I have to send my big E back anyway for a replacement. Its freezing and all sorts of technical issues. Hope I get it back before all the holiday crafts needing to get done!! well, Happy Thanksgiving all!! Be safe out there if you go shopping and treasure all the moments spent with family and friends!

Almost Turkey Day!!

I LOVE LOVE Thanksgiving!! My favorite holiday. I look forward mostly to my mother's stuffing...YUMMY!! I have to work this year so I'll make it myself. Not the same as mom's though. I made a few decorations with my cricut and Gypsy. They came out so cute. My hubby who NEVER comments on my crafty things even said they were cute. Enjoy!!

Happy Turkey days ahead and happy holiday season!!

**gina**

This turkey was cut from Designers Calendar. I cut the shadow with vinyl using the flip feature. I then cut the turkey using the flip feature with Martha Stewart paper and placed it on the vinyl. The shadow was just enough to stick to the window! so Cute!! I cut the Give Thanks from the same cartridge.

This turkey was cut at about 10 1/2" from create a critter. I used patterned paper and stuck it to my wall with glue dots. So cute!

This was cut at about 10 1/2" as well using everyday paper dolls. I used stampin up paper and hung them with glue dots. Peachy Keen stamps for the face of course!

Indian boy is from Everyday paper dolls. cut at 10 1/2" as well. DCWV paper, Peach Keen stamps for the face, hung with glue dots.

So much to do!!

I found some time to make a simple bday card for my friend. I actually used the music notes from Elmo's party cart. I was trying to enter the challenges this week from My Creative Time with Emma... and so many others. Havent had time! I will try and squeeze something in.

Anyway, here is my card. Hope she likes it...

The sentiment is from MPS stamps more punny-licious. I wasnt much of a stamper, but these really are great!

Happy Halloween!

Blog Challenge

Hi All!! I was blog surfing as usual and came across this challenge on Heidi's blog, Gotscraps.blogspot.com. The challenge was create an Autumn or Halloween scrap page or card. I came up with this card (since I have so many to make anyway!)

Believe it or not this skull and crossbones was cut from Paperdoll Dress Up at 3". (pg. 16 the pirate! his accessories) The Gruesome was cut from Happy Hauntings, I used stickles on the skull which I think topped it off. The paper is from K & Co. . There are soooo many Halloween things out there on things you wouldnt even think of... and places you wouldnt think to look!

Happy Saturday!

Hello friends! I decided to do something besides Halloween today. I made a few thank you cards for my son from his 3rd birthday. I had so much fun making them, they're late getting in the mail. lol. I made this one from Create a critter- fox cut at 3 3/4" , Black stickles, PKS critter faces for the eyes, cuttle bug embossing folder for Thank You, paper is from DCWV. I was so happy with the way this came out. Surprised myself.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My GF is having a 1st bday party for her son and she asked if I'd make the little cupcake decor. I am so excited to make these, a circus theme!! Here's a sneak peek. I will post more as I make them. Have to make 34 of them.
Circus peanuts were cut at 2", pickles cut at 2" as well, circus tent is cut at 10". I think I'm going to make them all at 2" and put little circus themes on each. We'll see. More to come!
Happy Sunday!
Good Evening! I was so happy today to be able to play with my New Happy Hauntings cricut cartridge! I LOVE IT!! My favorite time of year is fall. I absolutely love decorating for Halloween and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I made a few cards and things today and thought I'd share a few. I also went craft shopping online. There's so many cool things out there, I had to draw the line!! lol. I hope you enjoy my creativity as much as I did. My kids helped too, they love to press 'cut' on the machine. I look forward to posting more for you!
This ghost is from Paper Doll dress up. It was meant to be a costume for the dolls, but I loved it alone. Martha Stewart drippy goo punch ( i love this punch)
This was a simple vinyl BEWARE for a frame. My plan is to put a Halloween pic from this coming Halloween in there of my boys. So simple, but I love it!
Finally, Happy Hauntings pumpkin. (one of many) LOVE LOVE this cartridge. So many really cool, creepy things on there. Can't wait to make more.
This is the inside of the card. I inked up the edges and thought it looked so cool!! I dont currently have MPS stamps (waiting for their delivery) but I used clear stamps from inkadinkado.
